Install

Extension passwordcheck is PostgreSQL Built-in Contrib Extension which is installed along with the kernel/contrib.
Load this extension by adding it to shared_preload_libraries:
# postgresql.conf
shared_preload_libraries = 'passwordcheck'  # add to existing extensions if any
After modifying the configuration, restart PostgreSQL to load the extension.
